Does OS/ also use real labor costs?
When a user records time, OS/ determines the current True Labor Costs™ for that user and writes them to the project.
What does OS/ mean by overhead?
Overhead includes all costs that are not directly spent on customer projects. Classic examples include rent, electricity or hardware. But this also includes labor costs for internal projects such as Monday meetings or Christmas parties.
