Are you enthusiastic about the advantages of OS/ and would like to test OS/ in practice? Our setup team will set up an OS/ demo workspace with your data.
This allows you to test OS/ directly in practice by writing offers with OS/ and using them in your CI.
After the test phase, we will support you with the further setup, data migration etc. and you can simply continue to use your OS/workspace.

Plan, test and carry out data migration
Are you migrating from moco, Revolver and co? Once we have been granted access, we start importing your existing data into your OS/workspace. The migration rarely takes longer than 24 hours.
Configure integrations
In a joint online workshop, we link your integrations with OS/. For the connection to your DATEV, Personio and e.g. Pleo, an initial training of your accounting staff is part of the workshop.
Configure the employees and the service catalog
If your employees do not come from Personio and your service catalog is not part of the data migration, our team will take care of the initial configuration with your data. An Excel spreadsheet is all you need.

Kick-off training
Let's get started! In a kick-off workshop with the entire team, we explain the basic functions and answer any questions your employees may have. Depending on the size of the team, 1-1.5 hours is sufficient.
OS/ University
The OS/ University is a live training program for new and experienced OS/ users. Each employee can independently book the dates that suit them. This eliminates the need for time-consuming team coordination. Of course, we also offer individual introductions and training courses. Just get in touch with us.
In four OS/ University courses, we teach everything that project managers, project staff, accounting, management and operations & controlling need. Of course, you can book the OS/University courses as often as you like.
